• No downloading, sharing, reselling, or modifying course materials.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All sales are final—no refunds.

• Payments are securely processed via third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

3. User Conduct

• Users must be respectful in any course-related discussions.

• Any form of harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

4. No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, income, or career success.

• Your success depends on your own efforts, abilities, and external hiring decisions beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content is owned by Brain Sauce LLC.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials.

• By participating in our courses, webinars, or one-on-one sessions, you grant Brain Sauce LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, use, edit, repurpose, distribute, or resell any footage, including your likeness, voice, and contributions, for marketing, training, or commercial purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, you must notify us in writing before participating.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our courses.

• Your use of our courses is at your own risk.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Delaware under Delaware law.

• Any claims shall be resolved via binding arbitration, not in court.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Continued course access means you accept the latest version.
